Instagram legal consequences



This might be a stupid question, but I'm not sure so I wanted to ask anyways.
Can there be legal consequences if I hack an Instagram account, with the intend to take it down? The reason for that is the fact, that the account publishes hate speech and posts clear pictures of baby corpses. If so, how probably is it, that I get caught, and how can I reduce that chance.
